Job summary

NTUC's Project Management Office is seeking a Project Officer (Mechanical & Electrical) to support planning, coordination and delivery of major infrastructure initiatives for the Labour Movement in Singapore.

You'll assist in project lifecycle activities, coordinate with consultants, contractors and government agencies, and help ensure schedules, budgets and quality requirements are met. Degree in M&E and 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years of project management or construction experience.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Experience with infrastructure, construction or facilities planning is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Singapore's regulatory landscape would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and development of infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to meet timelines.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and papers for leadership.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery.
