You will work with cross-functional teams to shape and realise business transformation through digital technology, including AI-enabled solutions.

You'll apply structured discovery and problem-solving to engage stakeholders, map future-state processes, and build solution concepts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience in analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and chart a clear path forward.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business units and technologists.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and realise business transformation through digital technology, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Apply structured discovery and problem-solving to engage stakeholders and define plans.
• Co-create future-state processes, operating models and solution concepts with stakeholders.
• Communicate concepts and rules using process maps and user journeys to facilitate decisions.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders to align on priorities and changes.
• Support department-level corporate planning and budgeting.
