Job summary

Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Development & Corporate Administration Division to lead the project management function across major construction initiatives.

You will drive projects from inception through to completion and handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure governance, budgets, and schedules are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of direct project management experience in construction.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Building, Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
• PMI certification would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera; strong scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from pre-tender to handover.
• Coordinate with QS and Architect to define scope, budgets and timelines.
• Chair tender evaluation and monitor contractor performance.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations and extensions of time.
• Maintain project governance and ensure compliance with BCA guidelines.
• Prepare wrap-up reports and lessons learnt.
