Job summary

Dulwich College Management Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Director of Professional Learning to ensure staff across the Education In Motion group have access to high-quality professional development aligned with group goals.

Working with the Chief Education Officer, HR, and school PL Leads, you will shape strategy, identify learning needs, and develop scalable PL initiatives while maintaining high standards in learning design, delivery, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading professional learning at HQ or regional level in K-12 education (≥10 years).
• Knowledge of educational programmes and teacher training requirements.
• Experience with LMS and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group professional learning approach aligned with Education and HR Strategy.
• Identify learner needs through consultation with school leadership and survey data analysis.
• Develop and manage the Professional Learning budget.
• Develop and deliver high-quality PL programmes, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
• Oversee group-wide leadership programmes to enhance learner experience.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using data to inform improvements.
• Oversee management of PL Platforms, analytics and reporting.
• Keep up to date with current research, trends, and best practices in professional learning.
• Collaborate with school PL leads, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to embed strategic PL programmes.
• Build relationships with partners, vendors, and learning institutes globally.
