• PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification required
• Strong leadership and management experience in higher education

• Strategic thinking with stakeholder engagement across multiple levels

Responsibilities

• Lead Curtin Singapore's learning and teaching strategy and oversee education program development
• Ensure quality assurance processes, course review and continuous improvement
• Drive innovation in teaching methods and digital education initiatives
• Coordinate across schools and academic services to align with strategic KPIs
• Represent Curtin Singapore in external forums and manage relationships with stakeholders
