Job summary

Circle Digital Ventures in Singapore seeks a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across SOL X, Swastha, CDV Health and CDV Wealth. The role combines hands-on workload with team coordination, customer onboarding, service delivery, partner follow-ups and issue resolution.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, write procedures, manage budgets and ensure service levels across four business units while reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant operations, customer implementation or service delivery experience, including supervising teams.
• Degree or diploma in business, operations, logistics or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple services, products or locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily operational activities across four BUs, align with senior management on priorities, and allocate work to the team.
• Carry out customer onboarding, training and go-live activities with the team and coordinate deployments.
• Coordinate hardware inventory, logistics, installation, maintenance and field support across BUs.
• Monitor day-to-day operating expenditure, staffing needs and supplier costs against budgets and raise approvals as needed.
• Lead operational teams, provide coaching, cover workloads during busy periods, and raise capacity gaps.
• Write and maintain operating procedures, handover records and escalation routes; drive workflow improvements.
• Coordinate suppliers and service partners to meet schedules and service levels; manage escalations.
• Handle customer-service enquiries and operational issues, investigate problems and drive resolution with internal teams.
• Prepare regular updates for senior management on onboarding, deployments, performance, issues and expenditure.
