Job summary

talent-merge pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily multi-service line operations with a focus on efficiency and growth in Singapore. You will lead onboarding, service delivery, budgeting and cross‑functional coordination to drive reliable outcomes.

With 8–12 years in operations leadership, you will establish SOPs, manage vendor relationships and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Must have 8–12 years of relevant operations management and service delivery experience, including leadership of operational teams in maritime contexts.
• Experience in multi-service operations, onboarding, vendor coordination and service implementation in maritime/shipping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across multiple service lines and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Drive end-to-end customer onboarding and service deployment for timely delivery and positive experience.
• Supervise processes covering hardware deployment, logistics, service scheduling and customer support.
