Job summary

Liquid Group, a Singapore-headquartered payments technology company, seeks a Director of Partner Services & Delivery to oversee operational readiness, partner servicing and ecosystem performance across Singapore. You will manage relationships with merchants, issuers, acquirers and partners, drive product rollouts, and ensure exceptional service quality while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Technology or a related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking or related financial services.
Experience managing operational relationships with merchants, payment partners, financial institutions or enterprise clients.
Experience in payment operations, merchant acquiring, product operations, partner servicing or ecosystem management is highly desirable.
Experience supporting product rollouts, operational readiness and cross-functional delivery initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital payments, payment ecosystems, QR payments or merchant acceptance solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational contact for merchants, issuers, acquirers and ecosystem partners across Singapore.
Lead onboarding readiness, product enhancements and payment corridor expansions.
Monitor partner performance, transaction trends and service quality.
Develop and deliver operational training for merchants and partners.
Coordinate issue resolution and root-cause analysis for recurring problems.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Customer Operations.
Drive continuous improvement of workflows, service processes and governance.
