Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in FX, OTC execution, treasury, or liquidity management.
• Proficiency with industry-standard trading software and data platforms.
• Experience with AI tools to optimise trading workflows and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-asset trades across FX, digital assets, and fixed income with precision and risk discipline.
• Build and manage the firm's OTC book, sourcing high-value opportunities.
• Devise execution strategies to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
• Manage real-time FX and digital asset exposures within defined limits.
• Own intraday and end-of-day treasury operations across banks, OTC desks, and exchanges.
• Help expand liquidity provider networks and onboard partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance and Commercial teams on processes.
• Champion AI tools and automation to streamline desk reporting and forecasting.
