Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director of Central NPM & Inventory Control to lead global NPM execution, inventory governance, and planning transformation.

The role bridges PDT, SCP, site NPMs, manufacturing and business units to ensure on-time commitments and efficient inventory use. You will build a high-performance, globally distributed team, drive CT and OTD improvements, and partner with Finance and Manufacturing to optimize working capital while advancing AI-enabled planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field.
MBA/EMBA or Master's in Supply Chain/ Operations preferred.
15+ years in semiconductor ops, planning, and NPI management.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Central NPM Organization and governance across sites.
Drive end-to-end NPI execution and on-time customer commitments.
Own inventory health, aging, excess, and WIP reduction strategies.
Improve cycle time, CT governance, and loading predictability.
Lead planning transformation and AI-enabled planning initiatives.
Collaborate with Business Units, PDT, SCP, and Finance executives.
