Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced FECOS Inventory Control – NPI to oversee NPI production operations, pilot line management, and timely delivery of wafer starts, output, samples, and cycle time.

You will collaborate across Front End Planning, Manufacturing, and IT to deploy strategic solutions and global BKMs. The role emphasizes leading a global team, enabling automation, and driving continuous improvement in NPI metrics, with accountability for output plans and

Formación

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
Minimum 7 years in semiconductor, NPI, and line management.
Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor engineers and lead global teams.

Responsabilidades

Drive and align FE Production team on critical reports for Line Management, Inventory Management and Cycle time.
Own and maintain Global Inventory Metrics, Business processes and Reports.
Consolidate Fab Metrics performance and roll up for executive metrics update.
Partner with sites to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan.
Lead proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of BKMs and automation to improve fab/ probe area efficiency.
