Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) in Singapore seeks a Director to lead market engagements and manage client consulting assignments for SMTGCA. You will develop pitches, deliver projects, and optimize client life-cycle strategies, while partnering with cross-functional Visa teams to provide holistic solutions.

The role requires extensive client-facing experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth and profitability across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience designing and managing client consulting solutions.
• Experience analyzing client journeys and developing strategies for client experience improvement.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience resolving client issues and developing long-term business strategies.
• Experience in business development and supporting sales goals.
• Experience cultivating a client-centric mindset within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead VCA engagements in the market and manage client engagements.
• Develop pitches and secure new consulting assignments with clients.
• Deliver consulting projects, manage scope, budget, and outcomes.
• Build and sustain relationships with Visa clients and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Products, Risk and other teams.
• Promote solutions with Client Relationship Managers and deliver engagements.
• Drive growth and profitability through portfolio management.
• Support the VCA Singapore team in strategy, reporting and operations.
