Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Director, Corporate Systems to lead strategy, transformation, delivery and operations of enterprise corporate platforms across Singtel Group. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Systems, the role combines two integrated accountabilities: IT Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Platform Lead for Corporate Systems.

You will shape platform strategy, governance, and lifecycle management for People and Culture and Sustainability platforms across Singtel, Optus and NCS,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of enterprise platforms.
• Experience with regional transformation and SaaS/cloud implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-case development.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute multi-year platform and technology strategies.
• Sponsor major transformation programmes and ensure delivery and benefits.
• Establish governance for demand, investment, architecture, and risk.
• Lead a regional team and partner ecosystem with workforce plan.
• Advise executives and balance value, cost, and delivery speed.
