Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) is seeking a senior leader to drive Product Strategy & Management, Technology Solutions & Innovation, and Platformization.

You will develop and execute the Managed Services, Technology Solutions and Platforms strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives, owning end-to-end lifecycle of core offerings such as CPE, WiFi, LAN/Switching, IoT and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, IT, telecommunications or related field.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies including CPE, LAN, WiFi, switching, network management, orchestration and service assurance.
• Experience developing and commercializing technology solutions, managed services or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Managed Services, Technology Solutions and Platforms strategy and roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Managed CPE, WiFi, LAN/Switching, IoT, Sustainability and related technology solutions.
• Identify market trends and evolving enterprise requirements to drive portfolio innovation.
• Define portfolio positioning, differentiation, commercial models and investment priorities.
• Drive portfolio rationalisation and convergence towards common platforms and reusable technology capabilities.
• Establish clear portfolio KPIs covering revenue, profitability, customer adoption, attach rates and platform utilization.
