Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Director, Application Delivery to lead the strategy, architecture, roadmap, delivery, modernization and operations of customer care platforms. This leadership role spans contact centre, case management, knowledge management and seamless integration with billing and order management systems.

You will partner with senior leaders to modernize and simplify care ecosystems, driving automation, cost efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 15+ years in ICT with at least 10 years in leadership of large teams.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end digital telco platforms and customer care systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year strategy and roadmap for Care & Fulfilment systems.
• Lead architecture, engineering and platform standards for care platforms.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs across multiple business units and vendors.
• Ensure service availability, reliability and alignment with business objectives.
