You will work cross-functionally to translate market needs into product and deployment strategies, while leading go-to-market efforts and partner engagement for impactful, fast-paced initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, trading technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record in business development and ecosystem cultivation.
• Experience with exchanges, trading firms, or financial infrastructure providers.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze capital markets to identify high-value use cases for Equinix-enabled infrastructure.
• Engage with exchanges, trading firms, and technology providers to drive deals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture to support complex deployments.
• Develop joint value propositions with channel partners to extend differentiation.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements with Product and Technical Sales teams.
• Design go-to-market strategies and identify routes-to-market for capital markets.
