Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large multi-site operational teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgets, forecasting, and planning.
• Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and operational teams across multiple sites.
• Own operational performance and financial management for a portfolio of facilities.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to support growth and customer success.
• Lead incident response, risk management, and continuous improvement programs.
