Job summary

L&D MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Installation Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse setup, fit-out, automation and industrial installation projects.

You will manage project planning, site execution, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring safety, budget, schedule and quality compliance. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and automation installation on-site, oversee WMS/UAT and ensure compliance with QOSHE/ISO

Qualifications

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant project management experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or industrial installation.
• Strong familiarity with WMS and UAT.
• Good understanding of WSH requirements and site safety procedures.
• Main-contractor experience is required.
• Experience managing projects through TOP/CSC and final handover is preferred.
• Strong project planning, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of warehouse setup, fit-out, automation and installation projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control timelines, budgets and milestones from award to handover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and automation installation on-site.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance on all activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare regular progress reports to the Project Director.
• Support tender submissions when required.
