in East Singapore seeks a Director of AI Engineering & Software Development to lead AI-enabled software development and governance across regional squads, driving innovation and scalable product delivery. The role reports to the CIO and requires hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams, adopting SDD, CI/CD, and advanced AI tooling to ensure high-quality solutions across markets.

Qualifications

Hands-on leadership of software development and AI-enabled practices.
Experience leading cross-regional engineering teams.
Strong experience with Git workflows and CI/CD.
Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and automated QA.
Experience with LLMs, AI coding tools, or Agentic AI technologies.

Strategic Leadership & Regional Team Management for distributed squads.
