Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to prepare pastry and dim sum, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency across dishes.

You will assist in creating new dim sum items using seasonal ingredients while maintaining a clean workstation in line with food safety standards. The role requires flexible shifts and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
