Job summary

Tung Lok Noble Gifts in Singapore is seeking a dedicated production assistant to support dim sum preparation, operate and monitor production machinery, and help with shaping, steaming and packaging. You will maintain hygiene and food safety, follow recipes and portion guidance, and collaborate with the dim sum chef.

Monday to Friday 0715hrs - 1730hrs & Saturday 0715hrs - 1700hrs, with a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards
• Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
