Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer II in Singapore to install, maintain and support the organization’s AV systems across seven Asia offices. The role requires strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills, with a history of successful AV projects and the ability to work across multiple time zones.

You will engage with vendors, ensure enterprise AV standards, and adapt to flexible hours. A degree in a relevant field is required and CTS-D/I certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary global IT environment.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and extended hours when necessary.
• Track record in complex Audio-Visual projects.
• Expansive knowledge of the Asia Pacific corporate AV marketplace and relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, administer and support AV equipment and services across seven offices in Asia.
• Manage, troubleshoot and maintain audio/video systems; perform preventive maintenance and testing.
• Implement audio, video and control systems that meet enterprise standards and requirements.
