Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT service delivery or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, O365/M365, mobile devices, AV/VC, printing.

Responsibilities

• Own service requests end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Provide first- and second-line remote support to APAC portfolio companies.
• Manage IT asset and license inventory and warranties.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure service coverage.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
