Job summary

OCBC Group is offering an internship in Group Operations & Technology, Group Shared Services for January–May 2027. You will gain exposure to product ownership, end-to-end digital workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Technology, and business teams.

You will work on data analysis, UAT coordination, issue management, and regional stakeholder engagement to drive workflow improvements in banking operations.

• Basic data analytics using Excel and Python.
• Currently pursuing a degree in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of digital workflow solutions for the Payment Operations department in partnership with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding user needs to support product and workflow enhancements.
• Analyse data and insights to support feature prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in hands-on testing to validate solutions.
• Triages and resolves issues by working with Operations users and Technology teams.
• Engage stakeholders across the region to understand workflow requirements and identify process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc support on digitalisation, workflow optimisation, and project initiatives.
