Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites applications for a Digital Workflows Intern role. You will support the design and delivery of digital workflow solutions within Payment Operations, collaborating with Operations, Business Analysts, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and user experience.

You will gain exposure to product ownership, data analysis, and UAT, while developing communication and project management skills in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Workflow Delivery: support the design and implementation of digital workflow solutions for Payment Operations in partnership with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers.
  • Product Development Support: assist in gathering business requirements and understanding user needs to support product and workflow enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: analyse data and insights to support feature prioritisation and decision-making.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate testing activities and participate in hands-on testing to validate solutions and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Issue Management: support issue triaging and resolution by working closely with Operations users and Technology teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: engage stakeholders across the region to understand workflow requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What You Do
