Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Digital Workflows Intern to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of digital workflow solutions within Payment Operations in Singapore. You will collaborate with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology, and Project Managers to shape workflow improvements and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of digital workflow solutions for the Payment Operations team.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding user needs to support product and workflow enhancements.
• Analyse data and insights to support feature prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coordinate testing activities and participate in hands-on testing to validate solutions.
• Support issue triaging and resolution with Operations users and Technology teams.
• Engage stakeholders across the region to understand workflow requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide support on other digitalisation, workflow optimisation, and project initiatives as assigned.
