The Salvation Army Singapore is seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to steer digital transformation and process improvement across our social service network. You will manage governance, budgets, and vendor engagements while ensuring alignment with our mission priorities.

You will coordinate with IT and business units, drive change management, document outcomes, and maintain traceable records. A strong background in ERP implementations and cross-country process harmonisation is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in ERP or multi-system implementation with SI-led delivery.
• Strong documentation, coordination and stakeholder-management capability.
• Knowledge of system integration, data migration, configuration and testing.
• Experience in harmonising processes across countries, units or legal entities.
• Familiarity with data governance, information security and PDPA.
• Experience in public, non-profit or social service sector is an advantage.
• Formal project management certification not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic project planning and management to align with digital roadmap.
• Oversee governance, risk management and budgets.
• Manage vendor and consultant engagements including tender specs and evaluations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management across countries.
• Coordinate with IT and business units for digital platforms integration.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.
