Job summary

FPT Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver IT and digital transformation initiatives for public sector clients in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• IT project/programme management experience in public sector
• Experience across full project lifecycle from planning to closure
• Strong stakeholder governance risk budget and vendor management
• Experience with system implementation digital platforms or enterprise technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects for public sector clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope timelines budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders technical teams vendors and partners to drive delivery.
• Provide regular updates on progress risks issues and dependencies.
• Establish project governance status reporting RAID tracking and management reporting.
• Manage risks issues changes dependencies and escalation.
• Oversee budgets resources procurement contracts and vendor performance.
• Facilitate requirements discussions workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate development testing UAT implementation migration deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor vendor delivery performance to meet SLAs and milestones.
• Ensure activities comply with government policies and security standards.
• Support audits documentation approvals and governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and stakeholder experience.
• Build relationships with government agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects concurrently.
