Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to partner with business teams and elicit citizen and business needs through human-centric, visual methods and develop the appropriate business case. You will work with GovTech colleagues and project teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria, and evaluate suitable technologies aligned with GovTech directions.

The role involves selecting development methodologies for outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Degree holder required.

Responsibilities

• Elicit citizen/business needs via human-centric methods and build business cases.
• Develop user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria with project teams.
• Evaluate technologies aligned to GovTech directions (cloud, SG Tech Stack).
• Choose appropriate development methodology for outsourced, co-sourced or in-house projects.
• Ensure readiness for deployment, adoption and operations.
• Analyze impact of changes and propose improvements with the support team.
• Assist the CIO in identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
