Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a versatile Design and Product lead to partner with GovTech business teams, applying Design Thinking and Service Design to define future-state solutions.

You will evaluate technologies aligned with cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and modernization efforts, while guiding delivery strategies across outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house options. You will develop user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria, ensure readiness for deployment, and engage

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates hands-on experience with Agile product-centric teams.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to elicit citizen/business and Agency needs using human-centric and visual methods.
• Apply Design Thinking/Service Design to identify gaps and develop future-state design and solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology aligned with GovTech directions (cloud, EA, modernization).
• Identify development approaches (Outsourced, Co-Sourced, In-house).
• Develop user stories, functional/technical specs, and acceptance criteria with teams.
