Adecco is partnering with the public sector to hire a Business Analyst (Public Sector) who drives digital transformation by translating business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring successful system implementation and ongoing improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and experience in business analysis and technology consulting to support enterprise modernization and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, software development, or digital project delivery.
• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification is preferred.
• Experience in software development or technology consulting.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in data analytics, Agile, cloud technologies, or service design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand citizen and business needs and develop business cases.
• Define user stories, functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria with project teams and technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate technologies aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and modernization efforts.
• Choose project delivery methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) across outsourced, co-sourced, and in-house environments.
• Ensure systems are ready for deployment, adoption, and ongoing operations.
• Assess change requests and collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot issues during operations and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous service improvement.
