Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, driving digital initiatives and improving user experiences. You will engage stakeholders, define requirements, and support delivery across strategic and BAU projects.

You will develop test scenarios, support governance, resolve production issues, and contribute to training and knowledge management. Strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–4 years in business analysis, digital delivery, or system implementation, preferably in Corporate Solutions.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, AS400 and other BA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Digital savviness and interest in AI and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, document business rules, and prepare BRDs.
• Develop UAT test scenarios based on business requirements and QA standards.
• Support delivery and governance of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements.
• Resolve production issues and identify process gaps for continuous improvement.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, driving impactful digital initiatives that enhance user experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. You will actively participate in solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and leveraging technology to create meaningful outcomes, deliveries and implementation of strategic & BAU initiatives in the areas of requirements, UAT and post implementation support.

What you’ll be doing:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and document business rules.
• Prepare and review business requirements to meet current and future business needs.
• Develop UAT test scenarios, conditions, and expected results based on business requirements.

Project Delivery & Governance

• Support the delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with project and QA governance standards.
• Collaborate with Leads and stakeholders to prioritize changes, identify gaps, and mitigate delivery risks.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

• Resolve production issues, identify process and system gaps, and track enhancement opportunities.
• Support post-production activities to ensure platform stability and user satisfaction.

Training & Knowledge Management

• Develop training materials, maintain the Knowledge Library, and conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Operational Support

• Manage platform-related enquiries and provide user support.
• Perform ad hoc panel listing uploads, including data transformation activities.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital solution delivery, or system implementation, preferably within the Corporate Solutions domain.
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, AS400, and other business analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under tight deadlines, and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Digitally savvy with a strong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and a passion for leveraging digital solutions to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude, strong learning agility, and a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative, dependable, and results-oriented team player.
