Job summary

EXEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Digital Solution Analyst to plan, analyse, design and implement digital solutions that transform operations and automate processes.

You will collaborate with users and stakeholders to map requirements, design workflows, coordinate testing and deployment, and ensure security and governance across MIS and QM interfaces. The role supports continuity planning and recovery, and may involve guiding junior teammates on solution design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Qualifications in business analysis, project management, Agile or process improvement would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution delivery, process improvement or application development.
• Experience gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into workflows and functional designs.
• Experience coordinating development, testing, user acceptance, deployment and production handover.

Responsibilities

• The Digital Solution Analyst plans, analyses, designs and implements digital solutions that support business transformation and operational improvement.
• The role works closely with users and respective stakeholders to redesign processes and deliver automation, AI, APIs, integrations and applications.
• This position also supports testing, deployment and business continuity and recovery planning.
• Coordinate testing, user validation, deployment and handover.
• Support Digital Solutions Engineers and provide guidance on solution design and project delivery.
• Work with MIS and QM departments on infrastructure, deployment and security/governance requirements.
• Assist the DIT Manager in ensuring the availability, reliability and operational continuity of solutions developed by the DIT team, including business continuity and recovery plans.
