Job summary

Energy Market Authority (EMA) in Singapore seeks a role to support digital service compliance and governance across EMA's public-facing platforms. You will coordinate remediation, maintain records, and work with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies to meet Whole-of-Government digital standards.

This position involves tracking findings, preparing reports, and contributing to digital transformation efforts, with focus on user engagement, training, and change management within EMA's ITD

Qualifications

• Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in digital services, AEM content management system, project coordination, compliance, governance, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficient in preparing documentation and reports using Microsoft 365 applications including Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support DSS SSP remediation and governance activities for EMA's digital services.
• Maintain compliance records, evidence, and audit documentation.
• Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies to close gaps.
• Monitor service quality against government digital standards and assist lifecycle planning.
