Energy Market Authority (EMA) in Singapore seeks a role to support digital service compliance and governance across EMA's public-facing platforms. About the Role
You will support EMA's digital service compliance and governance work. This includes coordinating remediation activities, maintaining compliance records, and helping to improve EMA's public-facing digital services. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies to meet Whole-of-Government digital standards.
Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience in digital services, AEM content management system, project coordination, compliance, governance, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage. Prior work with government digital platforms, vendors, or ICT projects is a plus.
You should be well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable preparing documentation and reports, and proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Copilot.
Familiarity with DSS SSP, cybersecurity governance, accessibility requirements, WOGAA, or government digital standards. Experience supporting audits, compliance assessments, governance reviews, or website and portal projects.
By the end of this posting, you will have supported the tracking and coordination of DSS SSP remediation activities, maintained compliance documentation, and contributed to the delivery and governance of EMA's digital services, helping to sustain the operational effectiveness of the ITD Digital Services team.
