Job summary

Michael Page Singapore's Digital practice recruits professionals in product management, software engineering and fintech, partnering with digital businesses to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage the full lifecycle from briefings to placement follow-up.

You will build candidate networks, understand digital talent needs, and collaborate with colleagues across locations to deliver impactful recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, digital, fintech, product management, software engineering, sales, business development or account management.
• Interest in the digital sector and willingness to develop specialist market knowledge.
• Ability to understand different digital roles and communicate with hiring managers and technical specialists.
• Commercial awareness to identify opportunities and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their digital businesses and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across product management and software engineering.
• Collaborate with digital businesses and fintech organisations to understand talent requirements.
• Define technical skills and domain knowledge required for each assignment with hiring managers.
• Advise clients and candidates on remuneration and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate assessments and other selection activities with clients.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees within company guidelines.
• Develop understanding of digital business models and software development to support advice.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and uphold fair practices.
