Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore seeks a Digital Product Owner/Business Analyst to bridge business needs with digital delivery, shaping product backlogs and user stories for web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with technology teams, define acceptance criteria, and contribute to digital customer journeys, API discussions, and data-driven decision making to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
Translate business needs into structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
Understanding of digital customer journeys, web and/or mobile applications.
Discuss APIs, system integrations and data flows at a functional level.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to drive practical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across business, technology and senior stakeholders.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
Detail-oriented with focus on delivery quality and customer experience.
Able to work independently, take ownership and drive issues through to resolution.
