Role: Digital Product Owner

Location: Singapore

Experience: 7+ Years

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Digital, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a Digital Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management or digital delivery role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of digital customer journeys, web and/or mobile applications.
• Comfortable working closely with technology teams and discussing APIs, system integrations, data flows and technical dependencies at a functional level.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess issues and drive practical solutions.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business, technology and senior stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivery quality and customer experience.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and drive issues through to resolution.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar product management platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey design.
• Experience with digital analytics and using data to support product decisions.Familiarity with APIs, system integrations and digital architecture concepts.
• Experience supporting UAT, production releases and post-production validation.
• Experience working in banking, financial services or other regulated industries would be advantageous.
