Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business analysis or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data preparation and analysis.
• Experience with digital platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in feature refinement discussions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and SOPs.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation.
