The role focuses on data-driven optimization, SEO content, and cross-functional coordination to scale the clinic's digital footprint in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in aesthetic/beauty/skincare.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, social media marketing, and content management.
• Familiar with digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in competitor clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive leads and patient conversions.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI and conversion rates.
• Plan and manage social media calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu.
• Support content creation, branding campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing aesthetic clinic team. This role will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives, driving qualified patient leads, and strengthening brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, social media trends, and the beauty/aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and patient conversions
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI and conversion rates

Content & Social Media Management

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu
• Support content creation, branding campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates

Website & SEO Management

• Manage website updates and content maintenance
• Write and publish SEO and insights articles to improve online visibility

Reporting & Market Analysis

• Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Agency, KOL & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and influencers/KOLs for campaigns and collaborations
• Work closely with doctors, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

Requirements
