Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to help develop, implement and manage marketing initiatives for our TCM clinic chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies across our clinics.

• Manage social media accounts, plan content calendars and create engaging content.

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.

• Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and promotional content.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or MY citizens only.

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or marketing roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design or marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.

• Experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese to support communication regarding TCM treatment protocols and supplier coordination.

• Full-time salary of up to SGD4,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Part-time remuneration will be based on agreed working hours and responsibilities.
