Job summary

MICRODERME AESTHETICS PTE LTD is expanding its islandwide clinical services in Singapore and seeks a Marketing/SEO assistant to own content and SEO tasks. You will write and publish SEO-friendly articles, manage WordPress pages, build backlinks, and ensure accurate lead tracking. Training is provided as you contribute to campaigns and seasonal changes.

The role offers growth into SEO or Digital Marketing Executive with mentorship, SOPs, and a structured path as targets are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field
• 1–2 years of writing and publishing experience
• Some exposure to SEO, WordPress, blogging or content writing
• Comfort with Google Sheets and willingness to learn
• Experience with Search Console, GA4 and Elementor is advantageous
• Canva and basic video editing are pluses
• Careful attention to detail: you check before you publish

Responsibilities

• Basic SEO execution: content, technical basics and backlinks
• Write and publish SEO articles and treatment/location pages in English with Chinese variants
• Earn backlinks through partners, events, collaborations and directories
• Manage WordPress/Elementor pages for campaigns and promotions
• Track leads and keep lead sheets deduplicated
• Produce monthly SEO and SEM reports to Marketing Manager
• Create simple Canva artwork or short video edits when needed

We are currently expanding our islandwide clinical services in Singapore, we would like you to join us to be part of the expansion plans:

Key responsibilities

1. Basic execution of SEO: content, technical basics and backlinks

• Basic SEO knowledge is required.
• Write and publish SEO articles and treatment and location pages from keyword briefs, in English with Chinese variants where needed.
• Earn backlinks through partners, events, community collaborations and directories.
• Training is provided.

2. Experience with WordPress/Elementor

• Build and update campaign landing pages for promotions, pricing, outlet changes and seasonal campaigns.
• Website management experience in Wordpress will be advantageous.

3. Tracking and lead data checks

• Check appointment sheets and the flow of leads into the sheet.
• Keep lead sheets accurate and deduplicated and elevate tracking problems to the Marketing Manager.

4. Reporting

• Monthly: Produce an SEO and an SEM report on the brand that you will take charge of and report to Marketing Manager

5. Creative backup (as needed)

• When the team is at capacity, produce simple Canva artwork and short video edits in CapCut or Canva for social or ads.
• Assist in impromptu marketing related tasks when needed.

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Min 1-2 years of experience in written proficiency for writing and publishing knowledge.
• Some exposure to SEO, WordPress, blogging or content writing, from an internship, school project or your own site.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, and willingness to learn
• Experience in Search Console, GA4 and Elementor is advantageous.
• Canva and basic video editing are a plus, but not required.
• Careful attention to detail: you check before you publish.
