Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a Senior IT Consultant (Teaching & Learning) to lead the development, implementation, and support of T&L technologies that strengthen educational capabilities.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and work with in-house and vendor teams to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in systems implementation with MS technologies (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL).
• Experience in at least three full SDLC web projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, define and translate business needs into technology solutions for Teaching & Learning.
• Lead development, implementation, support, and maintenance of T&L technologies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver and enhance LMS integrations.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Govern IT policies, SOPs, and governance standards across projects.
