Job summary

ASM International is seeking a seasoned Logistics Transformation leader in Singapore to own end-to-end delivery of digital modernization across Global Logistics. You will build and steer the PMO, manage the portfolio roadmap, and drive cross-functional programs with measurable business value.

You will lead end-to-end digitization initiatives from discovery to deployment, collaborate with IT and external partners, and establish KPIs and governance to ensure adoption and benefits realization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with manufacturing context preferred.
8+ years in a Supply Chain Logistics role, leading digital initiatives.
Strong data interpretation, trend analysis, and measurable improvements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Logistics PMO to drive transformation and digital enablement.
Own the logistics portfolio, roadmap, and execution with measurable value.
Oversee end-to-end digitization from discovery to deployment and sustainment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, integrators, and external partners.
Implement portfolio governance, status reporting, risks, and KPIs.
Lead delivery teams through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Monitor adoption and benefits realization across Global Logistics.
Drive continual improvement using logistics data insights.
