Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a digital content coordinator to plan, develop and adapt content across social media, eDMs and other channels. The role involves coordinating campaigns, assets, timelines, approvals and publishing for launches, promotions, workshops and events.

You will create basic visuals and short-form videos, ensure content goes live on time and remains on brand, and keep the website and Academy content updated with latest campaign pages and calls to action.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and adapt content for social media, eDMs and other digital channels.
• Coordinate campaigns, creative assets, timelines, approvals and publishing for launches, promotions, workshops and events.
• Create basic visuals and short-form videos, and ensure approved content is published accurately and on time.
• Update website and Academy content, including campaign pages, workshop information and calls to action.
• Monitor content performance, creators, UGC, competitors and digital trends, and compile key observations.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and records while supporting new digital initiatives.
