Job summary

Health & Happiness (H&H) Group is seeking a Digital Commerce Lead for Singapore & Malaysia to own the digital commerce P&L, deliver sustainable sales growth, and drive performance across marketplaces and social channels. You will lead, coach, and develop one direct report, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce SEA.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital commerce P&L across marketplaces and social channels.
• Lead annual and monthly business planning, demand forecasting, pricing and assortment.
• Monitor KPIs and translate insights into growth plans.
• Optimize promotions, media and affiliate activities for ROI.
