Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Business Process Analyst to bridge goals with IT systems, map current steps, and define rules for new digital tools across ERP and e-commerce. You will lead process readiness, drive governance for global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries, and support SAP Grow program implementations in SEA.

Excellent communication and a degree in business discipline are required; PMI/PRINCE2/Scrum experience is a plus; English

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Experience with PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum and governance/ rollout contexts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

• Lead process readiness and maintain governance frameworks to enable the rollout of global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries

Your Profile:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus
