Job summary

PATHSOURCE CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support rollout and optimisation of regional digital processes and platforms across Southeast Asia, translating business needs into structured digital requirements and ensuring alignment with global standards. You will work with regional and global stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, and support e-commerce, customer experience, and ERP initiatives, while assisting with testing, training, and change adoption

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in business analysis, digital business, e-commerce, or business process improvement.
• Experience in a B2B environment will be advantageous.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, map processes, and work across business and IT teams.
• Exposure to project methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 will be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with international and cross-cultural teams.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business process requirements for regional digital initiatives.

• Map existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Ensure regional requirements remain aligned with global process standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders throughout project implementation.
• Support end-to-end user testing, issue resolution, and rollout readiness.
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change adoption activities.
• Continuously review and improve digital business processes across the region.
