Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support the development of business cases and recommend appropriate digital or technology solutions.
• Work closely with project teams, developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Evaluate change requests, assess impact and recommend enhancements to address evolving business needs.
• Support system or product readiness for deployment, adoption and ongoing operations.
• Identify suitable delivery approaches such as Agile or Waterfall, depending on project requirements.
• Work with support teams to understand and resolve issues during operations and maintenance.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for continuous digital improvement and transformation initiatives.
