Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Analyst to collaborate with business teams, define user stories and requirements, and ensure delivery readiness for digital projects in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and apply modern methodologies to drive results.

Min 3 years in business analysis, IT consulting, or related fields plus a degree. CBAP is a plus. This on-site role supports enterprise transformation initiatives, with a 17 Dec 2026 - 2 Jun 2027

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT consulting, software development, or digital project delivery.
• CBAP certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand citizen and business needs through human-centric methods and develop business cases.
• Work with project teams and technical stakeholders to define user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate technologies aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, legacy system modernization, and established frameworks.
• Identify and apply project delivery methodologies across outsourced, co-sourced, and in-house environments.
• Ensure systems and digital products are ready for deployment, adoption, and operations.
• Assess change requests and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues during operations and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous service improvement.

Location: City Hall, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 per month (based on relevant experience)
Duration: 17 December 2026 - 2 June 2027

Job Description

• Collaborate with business teams to understand citizen and business needs through human-centric methods, such as service journey mapping, and develop appropriate business cases.

• Work with project teams and technical stakeholders to define user stories, functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, legacy system modernisation, and established technology frameworks.

• Identify and apply suitable project delivery methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, across outsourced, co-sourced, and in-house development environments.

• Ensure systems and digital products are ready for deployment, user adoption, and ongoing operations.

• Assess change requests, recommend system enhancements, and collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues during the operations and maintenance phase.

• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum degree qualification in a relevant discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT consulting, software development, or digital project delivery.

• Business analysis certification, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), would be advantageous.

• Previous experience in software development or technology consulting would be an advantage.
